Description

As a Business Development Executive at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Cult.Fit鈥檚 offerings. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Business development, Lead qualifying, Reporting Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster business growth. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fitness and wellness industry. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Cult.Fit鈥檚 services and products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business development team. Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management Qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and networking. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the fitness or wellness sector. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
