The Manager, People Experience will report to the Sr. Director, People Experience (PX), and serve as a key liaison between employees, managers, and PX Centers of Excellence (COEs) for designated business units. In this role, you will collaborate with the Sr. Director, PX and with mid-level managers and employees to implement people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organizational success. You’ll take ownership of core PX processes, provide guidance on employee experience initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
:Support senior members of the PX team with cyclical PX processes (performance management, compensation reviews, talent calibration) with the expectation of growing into an independent contributor who can execute accurately with minimal supervision
.Provide day to day operational support and partner with COEs such as talent acquisition, benefits, payroll and compensatio
nManage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a positive experienc
eLead strategic employee touchpoints, including new hire check-ins, exit interviews, and pulse conversations to surface insights and trends that inform people strategie
sProvide guidance on PX policies and practices to employees in designated business unit
sContribute to annual PX processes by helping to create presentations, employee communications, and engagement material
sLead or contribute to special projects that enhance the employee experience and operational efficienc
yWho you are
:Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of progressive HR experience; prior experience in mid‑ to large‑scale or matrixed organizations strongly preferre
dAn ambitious self‑starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is energized by opportunities to stretch into ne
wHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
tExcellent communication skills and able to build trust and credibility at all level
sCommitted to confidentiality, integrity, and fostering an inclusive workplac
eExperience using HR systems and with data analysis; tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Suite & Google Suite skill
