AFO is seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead - Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts and lead the end-to-end hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levelsPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talentMentor and guide junior recruiters or TA team members (if applicable)Own and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiativesCollaborate with HR and People Ops on onboarding and workforce planningStay updated on talent market trends and best practicesQualifications:2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a lead or senior roleProven ability to manage high-volume or specialized hiringStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in [industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance] is a plusHow to apply:If interested in this position, please send your resume to hr@aeonforocean.org.
