We're backed by the founders and leaders of Wealthsimple, Shopify, Ada, MindBeacon, and TD. We're hiring for two roles: Founding AI Engineer - the technical backbone of the studio. You'll build internal tooling, prototype MVPs for new ventures, and partner with our portfolio companies on applied AI. New Venture Lead (0→1) - you'll operate like a founder, sourcing venture ideas, running validation loops with real users, killing weak ideas quickly, and writing CEO-ready memos for the ones we decide to invest in.
