Job SummaryMedSchoolCoach supports thousands of pre-medical and medical students each year through advising, tutoring, and application support services. Behind these student-facing programs is a commitment to operational excellence, consistency, and quality assurance.The Student Support Auditor is a back-office, quality-focused role responsible for reviewing and evaluating the delivery of student services across the organization. This position does not provide advising, tutoring, coaching, or direct student support. Instead, the Auditor serves as an internal reviewer, assessing interactions, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.This role is ideal for individuals with a medical background (MD or DO) who can apply their knowledge of the medical education pathway to evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of services provided by advisors, tutors, and support staff. Successful candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a quality assurance and administrative capacity.This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesReview and audit recorded student interactions, advising sessions, tutoring sessions, written communications, and support activities to ensure adherence to company standards and best practicesEvaluate the accuracy, consistency, and quality of guidance being delivered by student-facing team membersIdentify trends, process gaps, quality concerns, and opportunities for operational improvementPrepare audit reports and provide objective, actionable feedback to leadership and internal stakeholdersMaintain detailed records of evaluations, findings, and recommendationsMonitor compliance with internal processes and service delivery expectationsCollaborate with leadership to support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement effortsAssist with special projects related to program effectiveness, service quality, and operational performancePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMedical school students encouraged to applyClinical training (current resident, fellow, or practicing physician) strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectivelyExcellent written communication and documentation skillsAbility to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through audit and quality review workComfortable providing constructive, evidence-based feedbackAbility to handle confidential information with discretionSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, education, or process improvement is a plusFamiliarity with the medical school admissions or residency application process (e.g., AMCAS, ERAS) preferredProficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and other common workplace toolsPosition TypePart-time, non-exempt position with flexible work hours (approximately 10 hours per week).Location & Other Requirements100% remoteMust have access to a computer and reliable internet connectionPlease Note: This is an internal quality assurance and auditing position.
