CompanyA1 is building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows.Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.RoleYou will operate as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-priority initiatives — from shaping local expansion to closing key hires and building the company’s first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad.We’re looking for someone fast, dependable, and able to operate independently in ambiguity.What You'll be DoingWork directly with the Founder to drive local market entry - from early strategy to hands-on executionBuild and execute initial hiring plans - source, engage, and close high-caliber talentSupport fundraising efforts - prepare materials, coordinate investor conversations, and follow throughHelp establish A1’s presence in local market - including office setup, vendors, and operating structureDrive external positioning - support PR, partnerships, and key relationshipsTurn ambiguous ideas into clear plans, and ensure they get executedAct as a central operator across teams - tracking priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and pushing progressHandle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and sound judgmentWhat You Will NeedBackground in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating rolesStrong generalist - able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and executionHigh agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and movesStrong judgment - able to prioritize what matters and make decisions with incomplete informationClear and concise communication - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partnersHigh reliability - consistently follows through and deliversComfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environmentHow We WorkThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
