This role will serve as a strategic partner to clients, owning end-to-end account strategy, cross-functional execution, and long-term growth across Amazon and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, a consultative mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.What You’ll DoPartner with senior client stakeholders to own and grow complex Amazon, MELI and Walmart programs, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contactLead end-to-end account strategy across Mercado Libre, Amazon and other marketplaces, with a strong focus on eCommerce growth, retail fundamentals, and performance optimizationDevelop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps tied to client business goals, revenue growth, and marketplace expansionIdentify, scope, and drive new opportunities across media, retail operations, creative, and marketplace capabilitiesLead business reviews and executive-level presentations, delivering clear, data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendationsTranslate marketplace data into actionable strategies, balancing performance, efficiency, and brand objectivesOversee cross-functional delivery with internal media, creative, retail, and sales teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and accountabilityProactively monitor account health, flag risks early, and solve complex client or performance issues independentlyOwn all client communications, meetings, presentations, and deliverables with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and follow-throughMentor junior account team members and contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and process improvementsStay ahead of Amazon and marketplace trends, policy updates, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights internally and externallySupport onboarding of new clients and help shape scalable, repeatable account management standardsDrive innovation beyond core Amazon programs, expanding into additional marketplaces or capabilities as client maturity growsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace-focused rolesProven experience owning senior client relationships and managing complex, high-impact accountsStrong understanding of Mercado Libre and Amazon advertising, retail fundamentals, and marketplace operationsDemonstrated ability to think strategically while also executing with precision and autonomyExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong business judgmentComfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authorityFluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office toolsExperience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferredWhy Join Podean?
