Description
At Superchat, we're rebuilding how businesses talk to their customers. AI is becoming the engine of that communication. Integrations are what give that engine teeth: the data, the tools, the systems that turn a clever agent into one that actually closes loops.
Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide, from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day.
We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams.
We're 100 people, profitable, and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin.
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Integrations team.
In this role, you'll own the surface that decides whether our AI agents are clever demos or systems that actually do work. CRM sync, appointment bookings, call transfers, custom workflows: every action our agents take in the real world runs through your team. Plus our public API, webhooks, and the developer experience that lets partners build on top of us. If you're excited to design APIs, ship agent tooling, and own a surface that gets more strategic every quarter, this might be a great fit.
We're reshaping our product function around three pillars, AI, Integrations, and Core, with a PM in each, operating directly with our founder and CPO Mika. This role is for Integrations.
This role is technical, but you won't be writing the code
You'll design API surfaces, debate OAuth and webhook patterns, and hold your own with senior engineers and external partner teams. The engineers write the code. Your job is to read it when needed, sketch API designs, argue technical trade-offs, and make sure what we ship is well architected. An engineering background, or serious hands-on coding experience, is what gets you that credibility.
Location & work mode
Berlin-based, minimum 3 days a week in-office, up to 2 days optional home office. We build better in the same room. Decisions happen faster, products ship faster, and the team stays sharper. EU work permit required.
What you'll do
Own integrations, the public API, and webhooks end-to-end: strategy, spec, build, launch, measure
Build the tools that turn our AI agents from clever responders into systems that close loops: agent to CRM, agent to appointment, agent to handover, agent to custom workflow
Stay close to customers and partners every week, in direct calls, by talking to CS, sales, and BD, and by digging into the data yourself
Embed with 4 to 6 engineers, set the metric, and own whether it moves
Treat the public API and webhooks as a product, with proper DX, docs, and a real roadmap
Make integration setup something a customer completes in minutes, alone, without a CSM walking them through it
Own quality. Engineers test as they build, you give the final go before anything ships
Own the launch and the awareness that follows. There is no product marketing team. You drive positioning, the in-product moments, and the keynote for the big launches, with marketing and sales behind you
Work across squads with the AI and Core PMs on the surfaces that touch each other
What we're looking for
A track record of shipping things people actually use
Engineering background or strong hands-on coding experience
Exceptional product and operational judgement
Fluent in OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, retries, and API versioning. Tool-calling and function-calling patterns a strong plus
Shameless customer obsession
Extreme clarity in writing and thinking
Speed without sloppiness
Low ego and a builder's instinct
What we offer
Competitive salary and meaningful VSOP at a profitable, growing company
Modern Berlin office in Prenzlauer Berg
Direct work with the founders and a real seat at the product table
A team that ships fast and doesn't drown in process
26 days of paid vacation, plus 2 extra days off for Christmas and New Year's Eve
Annual personal development budget for conferences, courses, books, or coaching
Regular team events, off-sites, and the kind of culture that makes you want to be in the office
See how we ship
Every year we publish a Rewind: a public record of everything we built and shipped. Probably the easiest way to see what we've been up to.
We firmly believe that diversity makes companies better. We welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, background, nationality, or religion. Feel free to send us your application!
