Full Stack (Senior Software Engineer)

Job Overview Ancilar is looking for a full stack (senior software engineer) with strong frontend and backend capabilities to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires end-to-end ownership of development, along with experience working on AI-driven solutions and modern, fast-paced coding environments. Core Technical Skills (Must-Have) Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js Backend experience with Node.js, MERN stack, Rust, and Golang Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack Experience designing and building RESTful APIs Additional Technical Skills Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL State management: Redux or Context API Version control: Git (GitHub or GitLab) Basic cloud exposure: AWS, GCP, or Azure Familiarity with Docker and deployment workflows Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices Experience with AI tools, integrations, and AI-assisted development Key Responsibilities Build and maintain both frontend and backend systems Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design and development Debug issues and optimize application performance Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions
