Job Requisition ID #26WD99659Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager is responsible for improving and maintaining the workflows, reporting, and operational processes that enable efficient and scalable hiring. This role applies expertise in recruiting operations, and process improvement to solve complex operational challenges, drive workflow optimization, and support data-driven decision-making.Working independently and in partnership with Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, strengthen data integrity, and implement scalable solutions that support Talent Acquisition goals.ResponsibilitiesManage and improve recruiting workflows, and operational processes that support efficient and scalable hiringAnalyze recruiting operations data, reporting, and workflow performance to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend improvementsDesign and support workflow enhancements, automations, and system improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effortInvestigate and resolve complex operational challenges related to recruiting systems, workflows, reporting, and data integrityDevelop and maintain operational documentation, governance practices, and process standardsLead Talent Acquisition Operations projects and workstreams that enhance recruiting processes, optimize workflows, improve reporting and data integrity, and support scalable hiring operationsPartner with Recruiting, People Systems, People Insights, Finance, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver operational improvements and support business objectivesServe as a resource for operational best practices, systems knowledge, and process guidanceMinimum Qualifications4–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Systems, HR Operations, or a related operational functionExperience supporting recruiting systems, ATS administration, workflow management, or operational programs in fast-paced or scaling organizationsStrong understanding of recruiting operations, process improvement, workflow design, and operational best practicesExperience supporting automation, systems enhancements, integrations, or process optimization initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to use data to inform recommendations and decisionsAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and projects while navigating ambiguityStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functionsExperience partnering with Recruiting, People Systems, People Insights, Finance, Legal, IT, or other business stakeholdersFamiliarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, or similar technologiesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and trainingPreferred QualificationsExperience with recruiting analytics, operational reporting, workflow governance, or systems administrationExperience implementing process improvements, workflow redesigns, automation solutions, or technology enhancementsFamiliarity with dashboarding, reporting, ticketing, or workflow management toolsExperience supporting operational scaling, change management, or process adoption initiativesInterest in AI-enabled operations and workflow automation#LI-ML2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
