Enable sales force effectiveness through clear targeting, schemes, and performance tracking, while closely coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and business managers to achieve circle-level objectives. Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and zone-wise performance to refine pricing, enhance product offerings, and ensure successful rollout of new initiatives. Maximize asset utilization through innovative approaches and drive unified channel execution aligned with overarching business plans. Strong analytical & quantitative skills Strong presentation skills Teamwork and collaboration Strong in execution Vision of benefit of the unit as a whole
