We are currently seeking a talented Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting the company products, driving customer engagement, and achieving sales goals. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and marketing skills to effectively build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote the company products to customers in-store or at designated sales points.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by engaging customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, including revenue forecasts, to senior management.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to marketing and sales teams.
• Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor market dynamics, including competitors, expansion opportunities, and emerging industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, sales outcomes, and customer feedback, using Salesforce.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of proven success in sales.
• Experience in natural stone, architectural products, or interior design is a plus.
Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated success in sales management and promotional strategy.
Other:
• English fluency required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
