As a Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Deutsche Hörakustik, you will support our team behind the scenes and ensure that our mobile hearing aid service runs smoothly – thus making a crucial contribution to our shared success. You will play a key role in our success. Tasks 🚀 Your tasks: You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and processing invoices with health insurance companies and other payers. You will handle communication with health insurance companies and resolve open cases independently. You will maintain master data and ensure clear, traceable documentation in our systems. You will actively contribute to further improving our back-office and billing processes. Qualifications 🎯 What you bring to the table: You work in a structured manner, think in terms of solutions, and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously. Numbers don't intimidate you – you have a good feel for data, details, and connections. You are proficient in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office) and can quickly adapt to new systems. You work independently, take responsibility, and are also a true team player.
