Als Senior Flame Artist/Operator (m/w/d) bist Du ein/e herausragende/r Expert*in im Bereich visueller Effekte und des High-End-Finishing von Bewegtbildinhalten. Mit Deiner tiefgreifenden Expertise in Autodesk Flame führst Du komplexe VFX-Sequenzen von der Konzeption bis zur finalen Auslieferung an. Du bist ein wichtiger kreativer Partner für unsere Kunden und Teams und bringst innovative Lösungen für anspruchsvolle visuelle Herausforderungen ein. Zudem teilst Du Dein Wissen und Deine Fähigkeiten aktiv mit Nachwuchskräften. Deine Aufgaben Durchführung von anspruchsvollem Compositing, Retusche, Clean-up und visuellen Effekten mittels Autodesk Flame Leitung und Umsetzung komplexer VFX-Sequenzen vom Konzept bis zur finalen Auslieferung Enge kreative Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Leadinnen, Regisseurinnen und Kund*innen zur Entwicklung innovativer visueller Lösungen Verantwortung für Projekt-Setup, Workflow-Optimierung und technische Qualitätskontrolle innerhalb und außerhalb von Flame Bereitstellung von technischer und kreativer Anleitung für Junior Artists und Nachwuchskräfte Leitung und Management von Client-Sessions und Integration von Kund*innen -Feedback Proaktive Problemlösung und Optimierung von Produktions-Workflows Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich VFX, Postproduktion oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige umfassende Berufserfahrung als Flame Artist in einer führenden Postproduktionsfirma oder Agentur Expertenkenntnisse in Autodesk Flame (Compositing, Retusche, Tracking, Keying, 3D Compositing, Color Correction) Tiefes Verständnis für VFX-Pipelines und Post-Produktions-Workflows Grundkenntnisse weiterer Compositing-Software (z.B. Nuke) und 3D-Software (z.B.
