There are challenges around scalability and robustness, you'll be continually learning and progressing your career with exposure to the microservices based backend. Location / WFH: There's a friendly and supportive team environment, you'll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Cambridge (or London) office once or twice a month.
