Industrial Engineering Manager

Minimum Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in footwear industry. Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and line balancing. Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Familiar with time study, work measurement, and productivity analysis. Able to analyze production flow and optimize manpower utilization. Good understanding of quality control processes and cost efficiency analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and ERP systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, PPIC, Maintenance). Willing to work in a factory environment and handle operational challenges. Fluent in English. Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green belt holder is a plus
