Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and guide development teams on best practices • Design and implement system architecture for scalable and secure solutions • Deliver strategic projects within scope, quality, and timeline expectations • Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and development processes • Support, maintain, and enhance existing systems without compromising performance • Mentor junior developers and encourage knowledge sharing within the team • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives Job Experience and Skills Required: • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant development experience • Strong background in building and supporting enterprise-level systems • Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams • Strong experience in C# and .Net Core development • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design • Experience developing and maintaining APIs in high-performance environments • Knowledge of identity and access management solutions • Understanding of modern software architecture patterns, such as microservices • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data solutions • Experience with API testing tools and integration technologies • Knowledge of clean coding principles and testing frameworks Apply Now!
