Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tester to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our CRM system by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior user experience. The CRM Tester will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our customer data and optimizing the performance of our CRM system.Job ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on testing position which requires deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of planning, developing and executing Front-end as well as Back-end QualityEnsure a successful data conversion and implementation of CRM system, which includes CRM Integration Testing, Data Quality and Integrity testing, Usability (Functional and Performance) Testing etc. Be an advocate for Quality in their scrum team while driving and implementing best practicesMust poses strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesMust be motivated and self-drivenResponsible for planning and executing manual and automated testing activities on new and existing products to ensure that they meet the Business, Functional and Technical specifications and maintain high overall product qualityInterface with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Developers, End Users and Scrum Masters to deliver products with quality and on scheduleReview business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, design, and architecture documents in order to create effective, value-add test plansTest and monitor the full ETL pipeline from source systems to CRM system to ensure integrity and accuracy of data has been maintainedIdentify issues in data, application configurations and screen designs, report and oversee issue resolutionBecome an expert in business rules, system functionality and CRM process and architectureDevelop and maintain best-in-class regression automation test suiteIndependently develop, modify, and execute test plans based on requirements and design documentsProvide estimates and timeframe necessary for testing a project to ensure a high-quality implementationProvide concise and consistent status reportingCollaborate with external teams on root cause analysis, identify, track and report defectsMaintain close interaction with business and technical peers during the project life cycleEnsuring proper traceability from requirements to test artifactsActively participate in requirements and code reviews, drive improvements in scrum deliveryStay ahead of emerging technologies and testing approachesAssist leadership with defining and improving the overall QA and SDLC processJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related areaStrong hands-on experience using SQL queries for results validation and data miningStrong hands-on experience with CRM applications preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365Hands-on experience with Automated Testing tools like Selenium/SoapUI Pro/Test Complete/UFT and automated test frameworks preferably Microsoft Easy ReproHands-on experience with at least one language (C#, Python, JS, PowerShell etc.)Hands-on experience with ALM Tools like Jira/GitHub or similar systems of recordStrong hands-on experience in Test Design, Development, Regression suite maintenance, execution, reportingDeep understanding of Development and Test cycles, including respective best practicesStrong hands-on experience in Agile methodologiesStrong ability to troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and support development team in development of resolutionsExperience in Mobile and API testing is a plusCoding and development experience are a plusStrong communication and Client/Business interfacing and interpersonal skills are a mustBenefitsGroup Mediclaim PolicyParental Insurance CoverageAccident PolicyRetirement Benefits (Provident Fund)GratuityOvertime Bonus, Paid Vacation & Holidays, Profit Sharing & IncentivesOriginally posted on Himalayas
