Job Title Software Engineer, ML and Market Systems Location Dubai, UAE Role Summary We are looking for a strong software engineer who can build quickly and apply machine learning to real market-facing problems. The role suits someone who is equally comfortable building products, internal tools, and intelligent workflows across trading, crypto, market intelligence, and decision-support use cases. Key Responsibilities Build end-to-end systems across market data, analytics, execution support, research tooling, and internal platforms. Develop ML-enabled workflows for forecasting, signal research, ranking, anomaly detection, retrieval, and decision support. Work on practical AI features such as agent workflows, RAG-style pipelines, intelligent assistants, and other user-facing ML tools where relevant. Prototype quickly, test live use cases, and turn strong concepts into reliable production systems. Candidate Profile Strong software engineering ability with clear evidence of shipping real products or prototypes. Practical ML experience, ideally in applied settings rather than purely academic work. Comfortable building across backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and product workflows. Exposure to trading, crypto, market data, or quantitative tooling is preferred. Strong ownership mindset and able to move fast in a high-autonomy environment. Preferred Skills Python, TypeScript, Rust, C++, or Java. Applied ML experience in areas such as prediction, retrieval, ranking, optimisation, classification, or automation. Experience building intelligent product features, internal copilots, agent-style systems, or research workflows. Experience with crypto infrastructure, exchange APIs, market data, or quant tooling is a strong plus.
