(Senior) HR Business Partner

We offer you not only secure jobs and attractive additional benefits, but also a dynamic, international environment where your ideas have a real impact.  FlixTrain is growing – and with us, the demands on leadership, structures, and clear decisions are also growing. As a (Senior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you play a central role in this development: You advise our leaders at eye level, design sustainable organizational structures, and ensure that personnel decisions are both strategically smart and legally sound.  About the role You proactively advise our leaders on all HR-related issues and support them in further organizational development and structural growth You support performance and development issues at the team and individual level, actively accompany change processes, and drive HR-relevant transformation topics You work closely with management on strategic and operational personnel planning and derive the right priorities from Headcount developments, Forecasts, and capacity analyses;  based on clear KPIs, you provide data-driven recommendations and translate them into concrete measures for sustainable personnel structures You advise leaders on labor law issues and support personnel measures in close cooperation with our legal experts to ensure secure and well-founded decisions. You ensure high-quality HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle, standardize and optimize workflows in our growth environment, and strengthen a clear leadership and performance culture throughout the entire company  About You You have a completed degree in Human Resources or a comparable field You have at least 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a growing, ideally regulated environment, as well as very profound knowledge of German labor law and relevant experience working with works councils You work in a structured and data-driven manner, bring experience in personnel planning, and convince through high decision-making ability, assertiveness, and at the same time diplomatic skill Confident demeanor towards leaders at all levels and the ability to quickly grasp economic contexts and strategically place People topics effectively Very good knowledge of German and English For us, looking at the big picture counts – even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements, but still believe you can make a difference, we look forward to your application!  What We Offer Travel benefits: 12 free Flix vouchers + 12 discount vouchers for friends & family.  Work from Anywhere: Depending on the role, you can work up to 60 da
