We’re hiring an Influencer & Partnerships Marketing Manager. This role exists to build and scale influencer and KOL-driven acquisition into one of FINN’s largest and most efficient growth channels. You will own the full influencer marketing function — from sourcing and negotiating with creators, to briefing, managing campaigns, and relentlessly optimizing for cost per first-time borrower.
Beyond influencers, you’ll have the mandate and budget to test and scale new acquisition channels (affiliates, direct partnerships, community plays, SMS blasting, direct mail) with a clear kill-or-scale framework. If you’ve ever wished you could run an influencer program like a performance channel — measured on CAC, not vanity metrics — this is your role.
You will work closely with Growth, Creative, Product and Data. Your work will directly impact new user acquisition, revenue, and market expansion across Thailand, the Philippines, and new markets as we scale.
What you will own
KOL & Influencer Marketing Program (Primary Focus – ~70%)
You will build, run and scale FINN’s influencer acquisition engine across Thailand and the Philippines.
You will:
Own the end-to-end influencer pipeline: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, briefing, and managing
creators across markets
Build and maintain a structured KOL database segmented by tier (nano, micro, macro), niche,
market, and historical performance
Develop localized influencer strategies for Thailand and the Philippines, adapting creative
angles and messaging to each market
Negotiate contracts and commission structures that align creator incentives with FINN’s CAC
and first-borrow targets
Brief creators effectively, balancing brand guidelines with authentic, high-performing content
Track and optimize campaign performance weekly against cost per install, cost per approved
user, and cost per first-time borrower
Run structured A/B tests on creator tiers, content formats, hooks, and CTAs to continuously
improve efficiency
Build repeatable playbooks so successful campaigns can be templated and scaled
New Channel Exploration & Testing (~30%)
Beyond influencers, you will have budget and autonomy to test emerging acquisition channels.
You will:
Identify, pitch, and launch 1–2 new channel experiments per quarter (e.g., affiliate networks,
community partnerships, SMS blasting, direct mail, offline activations)
Design lightweight test frameworks with clear success criteria, timelines, and kill/scale
thresholds
Manage vendor and partner relationships for new channels end-to-end
Report results transparently and make fast go/no-go calls based on CAC and unit economics
When a channel works, build the playbook and hand off or scale it
Affiliate & Referral Channel Development
You will extend influencer relationships into longer-term performance partnerships.
You will:
Build and manage an affiliate program that turns top-performing KOLs and partners into ongoing
acquisition drivers
Design commission and incentive structures that reward quality (first borrows, retention) over
volume (installs)
Support referral campaigns with creator-driven and community-driven distribution
Collaborate with CRM and Product to ensure proper attribution and tracking across partner
channels
Cross-Market Scaling & Partnerships
You will build frameworks that make influencer marketing repeatable as FINN enters new markets.
You will:
Create market entry playbooks for influencer seeding in new geographies
Identify and manage agency relationships where needed to accelerate local sourcing
Coordinate with local teams to ensure messaging compliance and cultural relevance
What success looks like in the first 6 months
Influencer/KOL channel is live and scaling in both Thailand and the Philippines with clear,
improving CAC trends
Structured KOL database with performance history and tiering across both markets
At least 2 new channel experiments launched with clear test results and go/no-go decisions made
Cost per first-time borrower from influencer campaigns trending toward or below paid social benchmarks
Repeatable campaign playbooks documented and ready for new market launches
