Description
Key Responsibilities Project Responsibilities
Understand user needs through research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry.
Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
Define IA, Sitemaps and Navigation Models
Create and validate high-level design concepts with customers.
Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX, UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
Establish design patterns and guidelines, including micro-interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across products.
Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards.
Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework.
Manage project sign-off and closure activities.
Lead design discussions.
Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design.
