Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel’s facilities, systems, and infrastructure are safe, efficient, and aligned with high guest service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime Manage budgets, CapEx planning, and cost control initiatives Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and local laws Lead emergency response and risk management efforts Supervise, train, and develop the engineering team Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest-related issues Manage vendors, contractors, and renovation projects Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience, with 4–5 years in a leadership role (preferably in hospitality) Strong knowledge of building systems and hotel operations Additional Information Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
