Senior Full Stack Developer

This is your opportunity to join at an early stage, have a direct impact on patient health, and help shape our tech product from the ground up. As a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus, you'll spend most of your time crafting fast, accessible, and intuitive interfaces while contributing across the stack, working hand in hand with product and design. Tasks Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React Develop and integrate APIs in our Node.js (NestJS) backend Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences Write clean, testable, well-documented code and help raise the bar on quality Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of our engineering practices Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services Requirements Solid professional experience as a frontend or full stack developer Strong command of TypeScript and modern React Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query — or the proven ability to pick them up fast Working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS A good grasp of APIs, state management, and component-driven development A genuine focus on quality: testing, performance, and accessibility Clear communication and a collaborative mindset Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for our legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, and familiarity with CI/CD Benefits Attractive compensation package and opportunity for professional growth As part of a small, ambitious team, you’ll dive into a great variety of health-tech challenges and develop innovative solutions — a unique learning opportunity Real impact: your work directly improves patient health in a live product The rare chance to shape a tech product from scratch at an early stage A modern stack you’ll have a real voice in evolving 30 days of paid vacation Flexible working arrangements Office in the center of Berlin A supportive, collaborative team where your ideas count Ready to build healthcare that reaches further?
