Customer Support RepresentativeLocation: RemoteSchedule: Wednesday to SundayYoutooz creates designer toys for the heroes and role models of the internet â Youtubers, Instagram influencers, celebrities, athletes, rappers, and more. Our mission is to bring the people you already love to watch and keep up with on the internet in real life, on your desk at work, your shelf in your bedroom or even in your living room for everyone to see. Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each creator and customer and comes with a variety of unique perks.Weâre on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. Youâll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.ResponsibilitiesProviding customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voiceResolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defectsAssisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz CollectiblesEngaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedbackActing as a Youtooz brand ambassadorRequirements+1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer supportProficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)Ability to work independently and efficientlyExcellent attention to detailPassion for customer support and helping othersBonus PointsBachelor's Degree or higherWritten fluency in additional languagesSocial Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)Community Management experienceStrong familiarity with Internet and pop cultureThe Pay Range For This Role Is45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year(Toronto, Canada)45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year(Montreal, Canada)Please mention the word **RESPITE** and tag RNjcuMTg0Ljg3LjE2NA== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RNjcuMTg0Ljg3LjE2NA==).
