Senior Full Stack Engineer (Product Ownership & Operations)

Yoffix is a hybrid workplace management platform helping companies manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, parking, visitors, and team collaboration. Our platform integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, HR systems, calendars, and workplace infrastructure. We work with companies across Europe and build a real production SaaS product used daily by enterprise customers and distributed teams. As the platform grows, we are looking to strengthen engineering ownership across the product and reduce operational bottlenecks. We are looking for a pragmatic Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership of operational product development. Location Remote within Europe or in our Berlin-office. Tasks Investigate and resolve production issues Fix bugs and edge cases across the platform Work on customer-driven product improvements Improve system stability and maintainability Take ownership of integrations and operational workflows Work across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and data flows Collaborate directly with product and management Improve engineering processes where needed Gradually own product areas independently Requirements Strong Practical Experience With React TypeScript Node.js Modern frontend architecture API design and backend development Production debugging SaaS applications Git workflows and CI/CD basics Strong Understanding Of scalable application design distributed systems basics asynchronous and event-driven architecture cloud infrastructure principles monitoring and observability software maintainability ownership and operational responsibility Communication English level B1-B2 or higher Ability to communicate clearly in technical and product discussions Additional Plus German language skills are a strong advantage, especially for communication in customer-oriented contexts Important Personal Qualities You are proactive and reliable You can work independently without constant supervision You are comfortable entering unfamiliar parts of a codebase You care about delivering stable solutions, not only shipping features You can balance speed and technical quality Bonus Skills Experience with technologies or concepts similar to: GraphQL AWS or other cloud platforms Serverless infrastructure Event-driven systems NoSQL databases Queue-based architectures Monitoring systems Enterprise SaaS products Microsoft 365 / Google integrations Slack / Teams integrations This Role Is Probably NOT a Fit If You only enjoy greenfield development You dislike debugging production systems You avoid operational responsibility You prefer narrowly scoped tasks with detailed specifications You are uncomfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure boundaries You want a highly corporate environment with heavy processes and multiple management layers What Success Looks Like After a few months: You independently handle a significant part of operational engineering work Product areas become easier to maintain and evolve Engineering execution becomes smoother and more predictable Customer-facing technical issues are resolved faster You confidently own parts of the platform Benefits What We Offer: Flexible working hours to fit your schedule.
