Role: Data Scientist - AI/ML (Conversation Orchestrator AI) Location: Malvern, PA / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Skills Required: EDA, ML & Deep Learning (regression, classification, clustering) NLP, LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, fine-tuning Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, tool calling, multi-agent workflows) Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL Strong statistics & model evaluation knowledge Nice to Have: Conversational AI experience Reinforcement Learning exposure
