<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>You take responsibility for the Social Media presence of ROCKS from the strategy to the finished post. In the long term, you will additionally manage the personal channel of our founder. You work independently, set your own structure, and visibly bring us forward on Instagram and LinkedIn.</p>
<p><strong>Your Tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Independent development and maintenance of the editorial plan for ROCKS on Instagram and LinkedIn</li>
<li>Content preparation and Community Management. You are the outward voice of the brand</li>
<li>Independent editing of Reels and video content (basic knowledge in editing programs like Premiere or similar)</li>
<li>Analysis of content performance and derivation of concrete measures. You know what the numbers mean</li>
<li>Trend observation: You keep an eye on the Social Media world and transfer what is relevant to our brand language</li>
<li>Co-planning and coordination of events. You are there when we bring our network to life</li>
<li>Long-term: Taking over the Social Media channel of our founder</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p>You are someone who opens Instagram in the morning and wonders why a certain post is performing so well right now. You have a calendar that you trust and a system that you have built yourself.</p>
<p>You communicate clearly, directly, and with warmth. You can read and adapt tonality. And you know: structure is not a contradiction to creativity, structure is the prerequisite for it.</p>
<p>Professional experience is secondary to us. Attitude, self-motivation, and a sense of aesthetics are the main things.</p>
<p>Must-Haves:</p>
<ul>
<li>Completed degree in the field of communication, marketing, media management, or a related field (or you are close to it)</li>
<li>Strong self-organization</li>
<li>Analytical thinking: You look at performance data and know what it means</li>
