What you’ll do?
Set Up & Scale Operations: Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end setup of workshop operations across AG Motors’ service center network in KSA, including procurement of all required tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Technical Training & Competency: Conduct periodic competency evaluations and skills assessments for technicians; deliver theoretical and practical training (classroom & on-job) to achieve "Fix First Time (FFT)" objectives for all AG Motors vehicles.
Principal Liaison & Compliance: Maintain continuous communication with automotive principals/manufacturers to implement global standards, procedures, and technical reporting protocols; ensure 100% adherence to 5S and HSE standards across all KSA branches.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Support the business in preparing annual budgets for tools, equipment, and training; monitor labor utilization and efficiency across branches; identify and source multi-brand tools from global markets.
Technical Reporting & Problem Resolution: Raise detailed technical reports to manufacturers, perform in-depth analysis of technical issues, handle principal queries, and coordinate parts shipment for material analysis to resolve recurring problems.
Who you are?
Experienced Technical Leader: You have 8–10 years of experience in a similar Technical Manager role within a reputable automotive dealership, with deep expertise in repair methods for both GCC and non-GCC models.
Qualified Engineer: You hold a degree or diploma in Automobile or Electrical Engineering, and you stay current with the latest automotive technologies across all major brands.
Skilled Talent Developer: You know how to recruit, orient, and upskill technicians—from basic hand-tool safety to advanced diagnostics—ensuring new hires become productive quickly.
Process & Safety Driver: You are meticulous about HSE and 5S compliance, and you use technical briefings and training sessions to improve both staff motivation and customer satisfaction.
GCC-Ready Communicator: You have strong presentation and reporting skills, can liaise confidently with principals and global vendors. GCC / KSA experience is a strong plus.
