In close cooperation with our partners, we provide advertising formats that offer genuine relevance for our users and, as a result, lead to higher sales Your Tasks: We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with exceptional technical leadership and mentoring skills to join our team. You'll work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers and other software engineers to deliver world-class products. Providing guidance and setting technical standards and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Design and develop scalable, reliable and secure software solutions. Work as part of a cross-functional product team to deliver high-quality products and services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organisation, aligned with product goals and customer needs. Help establish and promote best practices for software development and delivery. Work collaboratively to ensure that solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide technical insight for informed decision making. Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high quality products. Excellent knowledge of strongly typed languages such as Java and TypeScript. Strong understanding of software design, architecture and best practices. Experience of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern development practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver results on time and within budget. Excellent problem solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
