This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentationProcess end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursementsCalculate and apply statutory deductions, benefits, bonuses, and final settlementsEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and company policiesMonitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data for payroll processingSupport recruitment through job posting coordination, candidate screening, and interview schedulingFacilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearancesRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policiesPrepare regular HR and payroll reports for management and audit purposesMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information QualificationsProven experience in end-to-end payroll processingStrong background in HR operations, including employee records and lifecycle managementKnowledge of timekeeping, attendance, and leave management systemsProficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft ExcelHigh level of accuracy in data management, reporting, and audit supportExperience in recruitment coordination and HR administrative tasksExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrityStrong communication skills for employee support and stakeholder coordinationWhy RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
