We're looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative to help us bring Pandektes to legal professionals across the Swiss market. You'll be the first point of contact for new customers and owning the full top-of-funnel: prospecting, outreach, and booking high-quality meetings. This is an early-stage role with real impact, built for someone who wants to grow fast in a category-defining legal tech company.About PandektesLegal research hasn’t changed much in decades. Pandektes already serves more than 350 customers across Denmark, Germany and Switzerland.We’re still early in the journey, and joining our team now means you’ll have big impact on shaping how we scale.What you’ll doOwning outbound prospecting - researching, generating, and acquiring new leads across our Swiss marketBook high-quality meetings with potential customers, from law firms to private and public institutions, by understanding their needs and clearly positioning Pandektes' valueFind creative ways to reach new prospects and continuously test what worksCollaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communicationAct as a feedback loop between customers, Customer Success, and Product - making sure real user insights drive platform improvementsKeep the pipeline accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system (HubSpot)What you’ll bringFluent in German & English (Swiss-german a plus!)Some sales experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or a background in the legal spaceExcellent communication skills and relationship building skillsInitiative and creativity when it comes to outreach and finding new ways to prospectA proactive, self-starting mindset that also thrives in a collaborative teamStrong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations and priorities at onceThe ability to present solutions that genuinely resonate with legal professionals - if you don't yet have legal knowledge, you'll be supported by our in-house lawyers and expected to learn quicklyNice to haveBackground in legal or a law degreeInterest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plusHow we workWe place great value on a vibrant, inspiring, and challenging company culture.
