<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership of daily financing operations and platform configurations</li>
<li>Monitor payment flows, perform reconciliations and matching processes</li>
<li>Support the preparation and execution of securities issuances and settlements</li>
<li>Create and maintain training and information materials (e.g. Helpdesk articles)</li>
<li>Support clients and internal teams with customized reports and data analyses</li>
<li>Coordinate and respond to requests from our international clients</li>
<li>Drive quick, professional issue resolution and help deliver an outstanding user experience</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with our Sales and Client Success teams to identify new customer potential and strengthen existing relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field — alternatively, vocational training in banking or financial services</li>
<li>Initial practical experience in finance, banking, fintech, or a related area is a plus</li>
<li>A proactive, goal-driven, and service-minded team player who thrives on cross-team collaboration and making an impact for our clients</li>
<li>Analytical and structured in your approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and curious; proficient with MS Office and eager to deepen your skills in BI and low-code tools — previous experience with tools like Power BI is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent German and English language skills; additional foreign language skills are a plus</li>
</ul>
