Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.What to ExpectAs a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for critical component development, quality management, continuous improvement, qualification activities at suppliers etc. and this job requires effective communication at all levels both with internal and external teams, conducting failure analysis, leading statistical process control activities for critical components, and process development.Also have a willingness to take on challenges to face higher functional requirementsWhat You’ll DoManage supplier quality audits and PPAP submissionsManage quality KPI (PPM, OEE etc.) and drive continuous improvement (lean, kaizen etc.)Drive improvements utilizing Lean methodologies, Statistical Process Control, scorecards, ensuring supplier quality level improvement, whilst driving systematic problem solving and process improvement plansWork closely with whole Team to manage, implement, and track supplier on engineering, design changes, capacity studies and NPI development.Track and manage Supplier Correct Action Request process within the manufacturing environmentProvide leadership and guidance during investigations of major problems and or special projects focusing on supplier development and improvement (8D, Fishbone, 5W)Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product qualityWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in mechanical/ industrial engineering or related field)Expect minimum 7 years in QA as a Snr Engineer or Manager with leadership of team, engineering experience.Knowledge in sheet metal/metal stamping is a MUST Experience and knowledge of PPAP/APQP processes, ISO system.In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and sampling inspectionAbility to communicate and direct supplier activities at the management level with proven results in meeting customer requirementsAbility to define and execute a project using project management techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities to enhance data quality, accuracy, and completeness, driving more reliable and actionable insights Family with ERP/MES system is the plusKnowledge in Statistics, Statistical Process Control and data mining and analysisis the plus.Needs to be conversant in English and Thai language.Experience in mechanical industries preferred, with quality trainer certification a plus.
