Warehouse Manager

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Warehouse Manager located in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home as required. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising the team, coordinating shipments and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of storage space, and maintaining equipment to ensure a safe and organized working environment. The role also involves setting and monitoring performance metrics to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking and optimal stock levels Experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management for streamlining warehouse operations Competence in Forklift Operation and maintenance to ensure safe and effective equipment usage Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with warehouse management software or ERP systems is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
