Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles. ● Create hiring strategies to attract quality candidates. ● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. ● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. ● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. ● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. ● Schedule interviews and manage recruitment drives/walk-ins. ● Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining process. ● Collaborate with internal teams for timely closures. ● Maintain a positive candidate experience with clear communication. ● Track hiring metrics and share recruitment reports. Required Skills & Qualifications ● 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment. ● Internship experience can also be considered. ● Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and sourcing techniques. ● Familiarity with Boolean search and bulk hiring processes. ● Strong communication and coordination skills. ● Bachelor’s degree preferred. ● Interest in the fitness and startup industries is an added advantage.
