Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and policies. Key Responsibilities Manage attendance, leave, and employee data records Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and induction processes Ensure smooth execution of exit formalities and full & final settlements Support employee engagement and HR initiatives Maintain HR documentation and compliance Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations Assist in policy implementation and process improvements Key Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations role Strong understanding of HR processes and labor compliance Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
