Description
As a Founders Associate Intern, you will support us in building our sales partner network, optimizing our Top-Funnel sales processes, and work closely with our CEO. You will take independent responsibility for projects, forge new partnerships, and help shape how contacts will be exchanged in Europe in the future.
Tasks
Build Partnerships: Be responsible for the expansion of our sales partner network with agencies and IT service providers.
Drive Top of Funnel: Qualify and process Inbound and Outbound Leads, create documents, and participate in customer calls.
Optimize Growth: Expand our Inbound channels and optimize our Onboarding.
Improve Onboarding: Make it even easier for our customers to use Spreadly.
Scale Processes: Automate our processes (with and without AI), so that we can focus on what is really important.
Work with the Founder: Work closely and in daily exchange with our founder.
Qualifications
Go-Getter Attitude: You are eager to build something new and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
Bilingual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Problem Solver: You approach challenges in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
Sales Affinity: Interest or initial experience in the field of B2B-SaaS, partnerships, or business development is an advantage.
Self-Starter: You thrive in uncertain situations and can work independently in a Remote environment.
