Job Title: HR Transformation Program ManagerLocation: 100% Remote, CanadaExperience: 7+ YearsRate: 75 to 85 CAD PHRole Summary: NearSource is looking for an HR Transformation Program Manager to lead high-visibility strategic initiatives focused on people programs and enterprise transformation. This role will drive cross-functional program execution, align stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives impacting HR and organizational operations. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, structured execution, and the ability to influence outcomes across distributed teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with enterprise people and organizational prioritiesDefine program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for high-impact initiativesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive progress across multiple workstreamsEstablish clear milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor program execution against defined objectivesDeliver concise program updates, insights, and progress reports to senior leadershipConnect program initiatives with broader organizational priorities and parallel initiativesDrive stakeholder alignment and influence outcomes without direct authorityLead change management efforts supporting program rollout, adoption, and process implementationIdentify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentumSupport strategic planning and portfolio coordination within the People Programs and Portfolio organizationMust-Have Skills7+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs or enterprise initiativesProven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizationsStrong program management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and reportingAbility to communicate program insights and progress to senior leadershipExperience managing high-visibility initiatives with measurable organizational impactStrong decision-making skills and ability to connect initiatives to broader business prioritiesDemonstrated ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authorityNice-to-Have SkillsExperience supporting or implementing HR transformation or people-focused programsFamiliarity with enterprise-level change management practicesExposure to AI-driven program implementation or initiatives within HR environmentsExperience working with program portfolios in large-scale organizationsApply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.
