(Junior) Accounts Receivable Accountant

For the expansion of the internal administration, we are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) at the Berlin location. Responsibilities Creation, review, and reconciliation of outgoing invoices taking into account internal guidelines and individual customer requirements Independent management of accounts receivable including account maintenance, reconciliation, and clarification of open issues Ensuring the proper booking of incoming payments Analysis of open items as well as independent clarification of differences with customers and internal contacts Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB Participation in the optimization of existing accounting workflows as well as the further development of processes and systems Close cooperation with adjacent departments within the company Qualifications Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting processes Initial practical experience in accounts receivable Confident handling of ERP systems (DATEV, etc.) as well as very good knowledge of MS Excel Understanding of accounting contexts and confidence in preparing financial statements according to HGB High reliability, sense of responsibility, and careful handling of sensitive data Strong communication skills in exchange with customers and internal stakeholders Team-oriented way of working as well as a structured approach Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Benefits 30 vacation days Further training in accounting areas (Bilanzbuchhalter or similar) Hybrid home office model with flexible working hours Open-Door-Policy and first-name basis (Duz-Kultur) throughout the company 2x per month company Friday (Get-Together with the teams and management + space for further training, presentations, and own projects) Annual summer conference (event for the whole family) Jobrad and mobility support Let's talk about further details in a relaxed manner!
