Junior Finance Manager

<p>As a <strong>Junior Finance Manager (m/f/d)</strong> with a focus on Accounting, you will take on a central role in the internal and external accounting of our growing corporate group, currently with around 45 dental laboratories.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Accounting:</strong> Independent processing of the ongoing financial accounting of the holding company as well as management of incoming and outgoing invoices</li> <li><strong>DATEV &#x26; digital processes:</strong> Creation, further development, and review of accounting processes, especially in DATEV Unternehmen Online as the central system for all companies</li> <li><strong>Payment transactions &#x26; Cash Management:</strong> Execution and control of payment transactions as well as active liquidity management incl. further development of cash pooling structures</li> <li><strong>Financial statements &#x26; Reporting:</strong> Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as support in external reporting</li> <li><strong>Consolidated financial statements &#x26; Consolidation:</strong> Participation in consolidation (incl. cash flow) and support in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements with LucaNet</li> <li><strong>Intercompany &#x26; Standardization:</strong> Execution and reconciliation of intercompany allocations as well as collaboration in the standardization of accounting processes and accounting guidelines</li> <li><strong>Interfaces &#x26; System development:</strong> Support in the implementation and further development of interfaces (e.g., LucaNet SmartNotes)</li> <li><strong>Point of contact function:</strong> Close cooperation and communication with managing directors of the dental laboratories, administrative staff, tax advisors, and auditors</li> <li><strong>Travel expenses &#x26; Additional topics:</strong> Settlement of travel expenses as well as participation in related topics such as post-merger integration</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), tax specialist (m/f/d), or comparable qualification</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally in a tax firm or a medium-sized company</li> <li>Profound knowledge in financial accounting as well as in accounting according to HGB</li> <li>Confident handling of DATEV, DATEV Unternehmen Online, and ideally experience with LucaNet</li> <li>Ideally experience in Controlling</li> <li>Structured, independent, and careful way of working with a high affinity for numbers</li> <li>Analytical thinking skills and understanding of business contexts</li> <li>Strong communication skills as well as a confident and solution-oriented demeanor in a corporate environment</li> <li>Confident handling of MS Excel; Apple knowledge is an advantage</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Responsibility &#x26; Development:</strong> Broad range of tasks in Accounting with insight into consolidation and corporate struct
