This role is fully remote within the USA and will work closely with and report directly to the CTO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility in competitive markets.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting custom software development servicesDrive lead generation campaigns through digital channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid campaignsCollaborate with the CTO to align marketing efforts with business and technical goalsManage and optimize content strategy, including case studies, whitepapers, and website contentConduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive positioningTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROIWork closely with sales and recruitment teams to support business growth initiativesMaintain consistent brand messaging across all channelsRequirements:Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the tech industryStrong background in custom software development or IT services marketingExperience with B2B marketing and lead generation in the US marketHands-on experience with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, analytics platforms)Excellent communication and reporting skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with offshore development companiesFamiliarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation servicesPrior experience reporting to senior leadership or C-level executivesWhat We Offer:Fully remote work environment within the USACompetitive W2 employment structure.Paid Time Off (PTO)Opportunity to work directly with executive leadershipGrowth-oriented and collaborative work culture.Originally posted on Himalayas
