The Role: We are on the lookout for an IT Transformation Lead to take charge of and execute a comprehensive migration strategy aimed at unifying multiple IT organizations under a single OCIO structure. This includes transitioning separate environments to shared enterprise platforms, such as Office 365, networking capabilities, and help desk functions. Your goal will be to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and provide modern technologies to our customers. In this role, you will offer overall guidance, coordination, and leadership across several concurrent migrations, ensuring seamless alignment and execution across all workstreams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple concurrent migrations, typically overseeing 4+ workstreams at once, each with its own technical lead. • Collaborate with teams including Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Network, and Identity & Access Management for effective alignment and execution. • Facilitate the replacement of outdated IT environments, focusing on data migration and change management initiatives. • Deliver clear communication, manage escalations, and provide strategic direction, while creatively addressing challenges across workstreams. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations or multi-workstream migrations. • Strong ability to manage and influence diverse technical teams effectively. • Comfortable collaborating with networking, cloud, and platform teams (e.g., Power Platform, M365, IAM). • Confidently challenge subordinate leads, drive accountability, and ensure task delivery. Eligibility Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship Required • Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one Compensation for this role varies widely based on several factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base salary for this position ranges from $106,300 to $221,100 USD.
