Corporate Finance Analyst- FP&A

We are working with a well-respected NYC real estate firm seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities: Support budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with internal teams to gather inputs and track performance Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and key metrics for decision-making Analyze business performance, including profitability, cash flow, and investments Prepare management and stakeholder reports, presentations, and materials Evaluate financial impact of new initiatives and support investment analysis Assist with reporting processes, systems improvements, and ad hoc projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience (corporate finance, FP&A, asset management, real estate valuation, etc) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (especially Excel) Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ability to create clear, executive-level presentations
