Based in JOHANNESBURG, the CA(SA) DEVELOPER role offers a salary of R45K/month (basic salary) with an additional performance-based upside taking the salary up to R65K/month. THE ROLE The company is building the best team of "CA(SA) Developers" in Africa. They onboard CA(SA)s and provide them with months of rigorous technical upskilling to ensure they can operate at the same level as a regular developer while still maintaining their auditing and accounting mindset. In 2-3 years, you can expect to be an expert in finance & innovation; advising and developing digital solutions for companies of all sizes, capable of holding meaningful discussions with CFOs. You will be taught how to design, develop, and implement robust, high-performing software and applications on platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform. This could include business applications, workflow automations, and/or enterprise-grade AI models. REQUIRED SKILLS Qualified CA(SA), or eligible to register as a CA(SA), currently in good standing with SAICA. Less than 2 years' post-articles experience. A demonstrable, keen interest in technology, automation, and digital problem-solving. Strong ethical compass and professional integrity. Self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role is client-facing. Commercially minded, with strong ambition to help grow a business. Advantageous Experience Any of the following will set your application apart: Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Data analytics and workflow tools such as Alteryx or KNIME. Programming experience with a solid grasp of fundamentals. Prior experience building digital solutions.
