Head of Engineering – AI / Machine Learning | Agentic AI We are hiring a Head of Engineering – AI for a fast-scaling global organization building AI-first products and platforms. This is a foundational leadership role where you will define the AI engineering strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver production-grade AI / ML and Agentic AI solutions. What You’ll Own Define and execute AI Engineering strategy & roadmap Architect and scale production-grade AI/ML systems & Agentic AI platforms Lead development of LLM applications, conversational AI, speech analytics, computer vision solutions Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team (5–15 members) Drive AI product innovation & enterprise-grade deployments Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of AI systems Partner with business, product, and client stakeholders to deliver impact What We’re Looking For 8+ years in software engineering with strong AI/ML experience 3+ years in engineering leadership / team management Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications / Agentic AI systems Strong expertise in NLP, AI/ML models, or intelligent automation Experience with tools like LangChain / Agent frameworks / LLM orchestration tools Strong coding + architecture experience across end-to-end AI systems Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Proven ability to build and scale AI products in production Good to Have Experience in AI-first / GenAI product companies or startups Exposure to multi-agent systems / autonomous AI agents Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI productization Why This Role Opportunity to build AI engineering from scratch Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI & GenAI use cases High ownership with direct leadership visibility Build real-world AI products (not just POCs) Primary Keywords: Head of Engineering AI AI Engineering Lead Machine Learning Engineering Leader Generative AI Agentic AI LLM Applications AI Product Engineering Secondary Keywords: NLP Conversational AI Computer Vision Predictive Analytics LangChain AI Architecture AI Platform Engineering Cloud AI (AWS, Azure, GCP)
