Director of Engineering Role Context & Purpose Reporting to a Senior Director, the Director of Engineering (DoE) provides the delivery capability to allow the ambitions and commitments of the Engineer Group Strategy to be achieved. In certain circumstances, the DoE is responsible for delivering a specific mission with a clearly defined outcome.
