The client are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join the finance team at a fast-paced and growing hedge fund. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with 1-3 years of experience to build on their analytical skills and gain broad exposure across the business. You will support strategic financial initiatives by providing high-quality analysis, working with internal stakeholders, and helping drive cost transparency and reporting accuracy across the firm. Responsibilities Work with internal business teams to understand and track operational spending, developing insight into cost drivers and trends. Assist in the development and execution of internal cost attribution methodologies. Produce financial reports and executive presentations with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Support the preparation of regular and ad hoc financial analysis for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with departments including Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal on financial planning and policy implementation. Participate in ongoing projects to enhance internal reporting and financial systems. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. CPA considered a bonus but not essential. Requirements 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, or a related field (including Big Four/public accounting). Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and formula-driven analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy. Effective communicator with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way. Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
