Senior Wireless Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design and develop wireless networking software features for switches and communication devices Work on Wi-Fi protocols (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and related technologies Develop and optimize firmware/software for wireless performance, stability, and scalability Collaborate with hardware, switching, and embedded teams for end-to-end product development Implement and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, QoS) Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning Contribute to system architecture and design decisions Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Required Skills: Strong experience in wireless networking and embedded systems In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards and RF fundamentals Proficiency in C/C++ (mandatory); Python/scripting is a plus Strong understanding of networking protocols (L2/L3 concepts) Experience with Linux-based systems and driver development Familiarity with debugging tools, packet analyzers (e.g., Wireshark) Knowledge of multi-threading, performance optimization, and system design Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field 5–10 years of experience in wireless networking / telecom / embedded systems
