In recent years, we have grown to 30+ people, and this year we want to add significantly to that.</p> <p>To ensure this runs smoothly, we need someone to take over our entire Finance department operationally — from preparatory accounting, invoicing, and dunning to payroll preparation and cost control. You are the first point of contact internally for everything related to money.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Preparatory Accounting &#x26; Tax Advisor Management:</strong> You record and check receipts, hand them over cleanly to our external tax advisor (Austria, BMD), carry out the monthly reconciliation independently, and actively ensure the quality of the accounting.</li> <li><strong>Invoicing &#x26; Payment Transactions:</strong> You create outgoing invoices, check incoming invoices, prepare payment runs, and monitor incoming payments. You independently identify and clarify duplicate transfers and shortfalls.</li> <li><strong>Dunning &#x26; Claims:</strong> You monitor open items, operate structured dunning, prepare claims independently, and involve a lawyer if necessary.</li> <li><strong>Payroll &#x26; HR Admin:</strong> You carry out payroll preparation independently (DE + AT, billed externally), are the contact person for payroll questions, and take care of employee registrations, employment contracts, time logs, and vacation management.</li> <li><strong>Purchasing &#x26; Cost Control:</strong> You are responsible for all purchasing and actively challenge all cost items — software, subscriptions, service providers. Your basic attitude: "That is too expensive." Create cost friction, check alternatives, renegotiate.</li> <li><strong>Liquidity, Reporting &#x26; Planning:</strong> You create and maintain liquidity planning, build up monthly Finance reporting (revenue, costs, liquidity, open items), create budget overviews, and quarterly forecasts.
